About our perler beads
When it comes to Perler beads, ours are developed by Mard. Compared to all other beads on the market, they fuse more seamlessly with almost no visible holes, and you’ll rarely encounter uneven heights or rough, burr-like beads. It’s the best bead brand I’ve ever used—and the one I always work with in my videos.

When can I expect to receive the product I purchased?
Since each tool is independently developed by us, it takes about 7 business days for production preparation. We ship from China, and shipping and delivery usually take around 10 days. Overall, you can expect to receive your order within 15–20 days. But please rest assured—our tools and beads will be well worth the wait!
After-Sales Policy
Tools: If you receive a tool that is damaged or has quality issues, please message DOKILA privately. We will provide a replacement or a full refund for verified quality problems. Returns or refunds are not offered for reasons such as personal preference or non‑quality‑related issues.
Perler Beads: A small number of beads may have slight burrs or height variations, which falls within normal manufacturing tolerance. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for beads. Thank you for your understanding and support!
